Welcome to De La Design. We offer 3D printed Stamps and "Cookie" Cutters that are designed with Pottery and Ceramics in mind. We want to help you to create beautiful pottery that is fun, unique and easy to do. Our cutters are made to help make your process quicker and easier. Cutters are great for slab building trays, plates and soap dishes, for hand building cups, mugs and bowls and left flat for ornaments, magnets, tiles and plaques. Our stamps are fun to use and so versatile. Stamps are a great way to create overall texture on a slab, create borders or a single focal point. Combine stamps to create unique designs.
Payment & Processing Time
Payment is required at time of purchase. We work to stock most items, but we also print items after they sell to fulfill orders. The quantity of sales we receive will impact our turn around time. I will try to keep a general turn around time updated on our home page and also on my Instagram and Facebook pages. Please note that turn around time fluctuates as we get large influxes of orders when our products are promoted and shared on social media.
Shipping
DOMESTIC (US) Shipping:
Please note that if you choose our pottery special shipping rate, then we will choose the cheapest option available to us. This option is usually going to be USPS First Class Mail. Other options are USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground Shipping. We will choose which option. If you prefer to choose your mail service, then please pick your option at the time of purchase.
USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL: 2-5 days
USPS PRIORITY MAIL: 2-3 days
USPS PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS: 1-2 days
UPS GROUND: 2-5 days

Refunds and Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or we have made a mistake, please contact us within 10 days for a replacement. Please keep in mind that I do receive a large number of emails and I will try my best to get back to you in a timely manner.
INTERNATIONAL orders: Due to the high cost of international shipping, if an item arrives broken or damaged, we will refund you the cost of the item, plus a percentage of the shipping in relation to the percentage of your order that was damaged. If an entire order was damaged, we will refund the entire shipping cost. For example, if 1 item out of 10 purchased was broken, then we will refund you the item plus 1/10 of the shipping cost.
